This Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement is made on behalf of Man with Van Park Royal. It sets out the steps we are taking to prevent modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour and exploitation in our operations and supply chains. Our Business and Supply Chains
Man with Van Park Royal provides transport and removal services for domestic and commercial customers. Our activities rely on drivers, vehicles, equipment providers, recruitment agencies and other service and goods suppliers. These supply chains may be geographically diverse and can involve multiple tiers of subcontracting.
We recognise that certain areas of our supply chain, such as temporary labour provision, vehicle maintenance services and suppliers operating in higher risk jurisdictions, may present a greater risk of labour exploitation. Our approach is to identify and manage these risks through clear contractual requirements, supplier assessments and ongoing monitoring.
Zero-Tolerance Policy on Modern Slavery
Man with Van Park Royal operates a strict zero-tolerance policy towards any form of modern slavery, human trafficking or forced labour. This policy applies to all employees, agency workers, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers who provide goods or services to our business.

Reports will be investigated promptly and appropriate actions will be taken, which may include engaging with the supplier, escalating to authorities or terminating relationships.
Training and Awareness
To support the effective implementation of this statement, Man with Van Park Royal is committed to raising awareness of modern slavery risks among our workforce. Relevant employees, particularly those involved in procurement, supplier management and recruitment, will be provided with guidance on identifying indicators of exploitation and on the correct procedures for escalating concerns.
We aim to ensure that staff understand the importance of due diligence, the impact of modern slavery on individuals and communities, and the role each person plays in preventing it within our operations.
Monitoring, Accountability and Annual Review
Responsibility for overseeing our approach to modern slavery rests with the senior management of Man with Van Park Royal. They are accountable for reviewing risk assessments, monitoring compliance with this statement and ensuring continuous improvement in our controls and processes.
This Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement will be reviewed at least annually.
